Description
The Live Preview extension serves stale content from a service worker cache when a file has the same name as a previously cached resource, instead of serving the actual file content from the filesystem. This is confusing and requires you to open DevTools and manually unregister the stale worker for Live Preview to show the correct content.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Start by reproducing the stale-content behavior in Live Preview and trace the service worker cache handling. Done means a file is served from the filesystem even when a same-named resource was previously cached, without manually unregistering the worker.
