Description
The preview script will be injected into a comment instead of a head tag, if the comment contains data that resembles a <head> tag.
For example with the following comment in the document preamble: <!-- <head></head> -->
The outcome would be: <!-- <head><script type="text/javascript" src="/___vscode_livepreview_injected_script"></script></head> -->

Research direction
Locate the live-preview logic that injects the preview script into the document head and trace how it handles comment text resembling a head tag. Reproduce the provided preamble example, then add coverage showing that the script is inserted into the actual head rather than inside the comment.
