Description

Testing microsoft/vscode#172075

On my Windows VM, which is not the fastest thing, it takes a few seconds to show the page, even if the browser is already running. (This is kind of suspicious, but maybe browsers are just not fast)

However it'd be nice to show progress while that is happening so I'm not looking at an idle editor for a few seconds. Could create progress that's shown from the time the command is issued until the next http request comes in for the server, which is likely to be the one from the external browser.
