Description
With the normal (File) explorer in VSCode, the file that the user currently working on or reading gets focused in the explorer. This allows the user to easily find it in the explorer.
My suggestion is to do the same for Test cases / files / classes in the Test Runner.

Research direction
Start by tracing the Test Runner UI and how it represents the actively viewed Java test case, file, or class. Compare that flow with VS Code's normal File explorer behavior, then identify the existing explorer integration points. Done means the relevant Test Runner item is focused when its source is opened or viewed, with behavior consistent across test cases, files, and classes.
