Description
Script tags can be anything, and old HTML files from the IE era (which still live on in many corporate/industrial/government environments) can have language=VBScript tags.
Yet these are always highlighted as JavaScript, when the language attribute should cause them to be highlighted as VBScript.
These are Microsoft files, please support them.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating the HTML language service handling for script tags and how the language attribute selects highlighting. Done means VBScript script tags are highlighted as VBScript while the existing JavaScript behavior remains unchanged, with focused tests covering the attribute.
