Description
If I have a query in a cell why do I need to run it before I can open it in the web? Isn't github going to run the query itself anyways. I understand having to execute the cell to open the results in separate tabs, but I'm thinking the house icon should always be present. Unless there's some variable resolution issue that requires execution of the cell

Research direction
Start by inspecting the notebook cell action represented by the house icon and the execution or variable-resolution checks that control its visibility. Done means the icon can open a query on GitHub before execution, while result-related actions that require execution retain their current behavior.
