Description
This would help to refine a request

Contributor guide
First steps
- Read the whole issue, then the project's contributing guide.

- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
Research direction
The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Start by locating the notebook's label interaction and its GitHub issue update flow, then clarify whether the goal is adding one label from a request or applying labels to multiple issues. Done should include an agreed interaction and verified label updates.
