Description
Using the endgame notebook I find that the results reported in the GitHub issue notebook aren't the same result count as those on the GitHub site. My guess is a lack of SSO scope, but not sure how to fix that.

Research direction
Start with the endgame notebook and compare its reported result count with the GitHub site when private repositories are included. Investigate whether the authentication or SSO scope differs, and consider the issue done when the notebook and GitHub site report matching counts for the same query.
