Description

Describe the feature you'd like

As a user who's been working with VS Code for a while, I've gotten used to the currently active file being highlighted in the folder view. It would be nice to have a setting (as in Visual Studio) to always follow the active file in Solution View.

Research direction

The issue names C# Dev Kit's Solution View but does not mention source files, tests, or an entry point. Start by locating the Solution View implementation and existing settings related to file navigation. Done means an available setting causes the active file to remain highlighted in Solution View.
