Description

Describe the issue

Clone vs-green and open code from the root.

Research direction

Clone vs-green and open code from the repository root with vs-green.slnx. Reproduce the workspace requirements warnings and trace which projects are checked despite being outside the solution. Done means test-asset projects that are not included in the solution no longer have their TFM reported as unmet.
