Description

Tier 5 — Compounding system · Priority: P1 · Status: merged (pre-epic contribution)

Contribution

Maintenance loop for the in-box skill library: replacing the bundled dotnet skills with the upstream set and adding a skill-usage feedback survey so real usage informs which skills to improve. This is a concrete Tier 5 "compounding" mechanism — the artifacts improve when usage reveals gaps — and complements update-dotnet-skills and writing-skills.
