Description
Describe the feature you'd like
Hi,
When we modify a file that can't be hot reloaded, the current implementation is quite prolific on alerts.
Could we have the option to disable those ?
Or even better, a "don't ask for this session" that would deactivate the alerts until next restart ?
Have a nice day :)

Research direction
The issue identifies no files, tests, or entry points; start by locating the hot-reload alert flow in the C# Dev Kit and VS Code extension. Done means users can suppress unsupported-hot-reload alerts for the session or disable them, with the behavior verified by relevant tests.
