Description
I would have assumed that alongside, Build, Rebuild, and Clean - we'd have Restore. I also couldn't find this in the command palette either. Usually when I have to drop down to the CLI to do a restore, I have to add --force as well. That would be great to add.

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing Build, Rebuild, and Clean commands and how they appear in the command palette, then find the extension's path for invoking the CLI. Add a Restore command that is available alongside those actions and uses the requested --force behavior; done means restore works from the UI and command palette.
