Description

Describe the feature you'd like

In environments where Visual Studio is properly licensed, but is in an offline or network constrained environment, it'd be nice to still be able to use the C# DevKit extension. I don't know how the Visual Studio licenses are managed or applied, but I'd hope there's some way to at least detect a valid licensed instance of Visual Studio on the same system to stand in for logging into a subscription on the network.
