:not() CSS3 selector is misparsed

Description
In VS Code, when editing a CSS file and hovering over a selector you can see an example of an element that would be matched. However, for :not(.class) situations, this example is wrong.
Correct behaviour: :not(.class) shows an example with the correct selector(:not(.class))
Current behaviour: A non-existent :not CSS selector is shown
Related issues: This might be related to #56, but :not() selectors are supported by ALL major browsers ( https://caniuse.com/#feat=css-sel3), making this more urgent
