Description

Type: Debugger

Describe the bug

  • OS and Version: WSL2 with Ubuntu 20.04
  • VS Code Version: 1.48.2
  • C/C++ Extension Version: 0.29.0

I'm trying to skip STL files when debugging. Learned from here that Visual Studio have Step Into Specific and Just My Code feature, which is what I'm looking for. Does vscode-cpptools have similar features?

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by checking the linked C++ debugging documentation and FAQ, then search existing vscode-cpptools issues for “Step Into Specific” and “Just My Code”; done would require a confirmed scope for supporting or documenting equivalent debugger behavior.
