Description
I'm not sure outline is provided by this ext, but if so, It wil be great to optimize the ouline to improve the show of typedef (enumeration and struct) using its alias.

Research direction
Start by tracing how the C/C++ extension builds the outline entries for typedefs, structs, and enumerations. Use the linked screenshot and issue description to define the expected display: show a typedef alias instead of an unnamed_struct label. Done means the outline consistently presents the alias for the affected declarations and preserves existing outline behavior.
