Description
GDB sends output such as:
[New Thread 6472.0x9e0]
[Thread 6472.0x4190 exited with code 0]
This feature should add the following option in logging to disable these messages:
"logging": {
"threadEvents": false
}

Research direction
Start by locating the cppdbg logging configuration and the handling of GDB thread-event output. Add support for the proposed logging.threadEvents option, then verify that the New Thread and Thread exited messages are suppressed when it is false.
