Description

Oh, and I met another problem recently, that if I redefine the operators, even with cin and cout, it crashes when debugging into or skip(f11 and f10) them. 🤔 😫

Research direction

Start by reproducing the crash in the VS Code C/C++ extension with redefined operators, including cin and cout, then step into or skip them with F10 and F11. Done means debugging no longer crashes in these cases; the issue does not name a source file or test to run.
