Description

VS shows "Read/Write" info for references of variables so that would be nice to add (to the C/C++ References output), but the language server currently doesn't not execute the code to acquire this.

Research direction

Start by investigating the language server's C/C++ References output and how read/write information could be obtained without executing code. Define the expected behavior for references and how the result should appear in VS Code. Done means References results consistently include accurate Read/Write information.
