Description

VSCode Version: 1.22.2
OS Version: Window10 X64

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Open tests folder in attachments directly

ConsoleApplication1.zip

2.Update "program" in launch.json as following:
"program": "${workspaceFolder}/Debug/ConsoleApplication1.exe"
3. Add breakpoint in line "int c=a/0;"
4. F5
5. F5

Excepted:
VS can pop up an exception message.

Actual:
None message pop up.
