Description

Repro with

/**
 * @tparam T1,T2 too
 */
template<typename T1, typename T2>
int func(int x, int y) {
    return func< // signature help here
}

It works for param doxygen comments and hover with tparam.

Research direction

Reproduce the supplied C++ template case in VS Code and compare signature help with the working parameter-comment and hover behavior. Trace the signature-help path for Doxygen template-parameter documentation; done when the @tparam text is shown for the corresponding template parameters without regressing existing parameter help.
