Description

It seems like the class body is not included in the context, so we're getting poor/no results.

We should be generating a description of the entire class body as defined.

Research direction

Start by locating the Copilot Hover handling for class symbols at their definition in the TypeScript extension. Trace how context is gathered and check whether the class body is included. Done means hover generation uses the entire defined class body and produces a description rather than poor or empty results.
