Description

Example: Class member functions declared in a header but defined in a separate source.

Currently, we're not getting this definition text and are just using the included declaration, which leads to lower quality descriptions.

Research direction

Use the reported header/source example as the reproduction: compare Copilot Hover results for a member declared in a header and defined in a separate source file. Trace the hover implementation and its tests, then verify that the definition text contributes to the generated description without regressing declaration-only cases.
