Description:
Currently, the C/C++ extension provides events for tracking the lifecycle of debug sessions, such as onDidStartDebugSession and onDidTerminateDebugSession. However, there is no event available specifically for listening to the "restart debug" action triggered by the user.
Use Case:
Debugging with GDB in conjunction with qemu, I have to start the qemu command in the terminal first, and then connect the port number when debugging and configuring gdb.
When debugging is restarted, only the termination event is triggered, the qemu process is shut down, and the configuration is restarted.
