Description
Discussed in https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-cpptools/discussions/11861
I would like to see Visual Studio's IntelliSense code linter for C++ work with Visual Studio Code in addition to the built-in clang-tidy linter, along with a way to configure which linter(s) to enable in the workspace.

Start with the linked discussion and the Visual Studio IntelliSense code linter documentation to understand the requested behavior. Define how IntelliSense and clang-tidy should be selected or combined through workspace configuration; done means the extension supports the requested linter choice in VS Code.
