Description

Use Create Declaration / Definition on the external definition of a class method which already has a declaration.

Bug: It shows "Unknown error" instead of a message about the declaration already existing. The user may not realize the declaration already exists if the class is big.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with Create Declaration / Definition on an external C++ class method that already has a declaration. Trace the command's handling of this duplicate-declaration case and verify that it reports the existing declaration rather than showing "Unknown error".
