Setting up basic C++ compile/run IDE process using documented process.
Create basic HelloWorld C++ application

Start by reproducing the documented C++ compile-and-run flow for the HelloWorld application on Ubuntu or Fedora, then inspect the GDB output showing SIGSEGV in _dl_unload_cache. Compare the debugger run with the successful CLI run and determine whether the extension's launch path is responsible. Done means the same application runs under the VS Code debugger without the segmentation fault.
