Feature Request
When I use __builtin_popcount or __builtin_sqrt for constexpr ( like constexpr int N=__builtin_sqrt(10) ), vscode-cpptools shows: cannot call non-constexpr function.
You know, vscode-cpptools can choose whether the c++ is gnu. In addition, builtin functions are constexpr in g++. So why not delete this error! Thanks.
