Research direction

Start with the issue description and inspect the extension's C++ editing or completion entry points; no source file or test is named. Reproduce class, enum, and struct declarations in VS Code, then identify existing editing tests. Done means the appropriate declaration forms receive a trailing semicolon automatically without disrupting normal typing.
