Description
I'm trying to incorporate codicons into a webview for a VSCode extension. The webview sample shows to import a codicons.cs file in the html head, however this file does not exist.
I'm using @vscode/codicons 0.0.35.

Research direction
Inspect the webview sample's HTML head and the @vscode/codicons 0.0.35 package contents, focusing on the referenced codicons.cs/codicons.css filename. Done means the sample reference and published package agree on an existing stylesheet that can be imported by a VSCode extension webview.
