[Feature] Use kylinideteam.cmake-intellisence's language server

I'm suggesting this as a feature as this extension's Intellisense, hovers, and syntax coloring outmatch what is provided by cmake-tools at the moment. Just like you guys took inspiration from twxs.cmake, take whatever kylinideteam is doing and put it into cmake-tools so I'll only need one extension for everything CMake.
