Description

OS: Win10
Build Version: 20230814.4

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a static web app -> Expand it -> Expand "Production" node -> Right click "Functions" node -> Click "Open in Portal".
  2. Check whether the webpage about functions opens.

Actual:
The webpage "Overview" opens.

Suggestion:
It would be better to remove the "Open in Portal" action from the context menu of the "Functions" node.

More Info:
Can not find the functions in the portal for now.
