Repro Steps:
- Click "Focus Group" icon to focus the "Static Web Apps" node.
- Create a static web app from "Resources" view or "Command Palette".
- Check whether the new created static web app shows in the "Focused Resources" view.
Expect:
The new created static web app shows in the "Focused Resources" view.
Actual:
The new created static web app doesn't show in the "Focused Resources" view.
