Repro Steps:

  1. Click "Focus Group" icon to focus the "Static Web Apps" node.
  2. Right click the "Static Web Apps" node.
  3. Check the context menu.

Expect:
There are "Create Static Web App..." and "Create Static Web App... (Advanced)" actions in the context menu.
