Repro Steps:
- Click "Focus Group" icon to focus the "Static Web Apps" node.
- Right click the "Static Web Apps" node.
- Check the context menu.
Expect:
There are "Create Static Web App..." and "Create Static Web App... (Advanced)" actions in the context menu.
Actual:
There are no "Create Static Web App..." and "Create Static Web App... (Advanced)" actions in the context menu.
