Repro Steps:
- Sign in with Azure China account.
- Expand the "Static Web Apps" node in Resources view.
- Check whether there is an friendly error in the "Static Web Apps" node.
Expect:
There is a friendly error in the "Static Web Apps" node, such as the below screen.
Actual:
There is no friendly error in the "Static Web Apps" node.
