Repro Steps:
- No workspace/folder opens in VS Code.
- Right click "Static Web Apps" node -> Create Static Web App -> Click "Clone project from GitHub" in the popped up dialog -> Clone from GitHub -> Allow -> Allow.
- Check whether shows the correct list of repositories.
