Repro Steps:

  1. F1 -> Azure Static Web Apps: Open in GitHub -> Select Resource Group -> Select "Static Web Apps".
  2. Check whether there is a "+ Create new Static Web App..." command in the list or not.

Expect:
There is a "+ Create new Static Web App..." command in the list.
