Description
Feel free to move this to the RG repo if needed.
I expect that once I create a static web app and open the new repo in VS Code that it'll be easy to jump back into resource groups and see my newly created SWA. But I was still on the locations view when I opened the Azure view and I'm not sure where my new SWA is 😢

Research direction
Reproduce the create Static Web App flow, then open the Azure view without reopening the VS Code window and check whether the new resource appears. Trace the refresh or resource-group view entry point used after creation; done when the newly created SWA is visible without restarting the window.
