Build Version: 20230727.1

Repro Steps:

  1. Navigate to "Azure Resource Groups: Selected Subscriptions" setting.
  2. Edit this setting, such as add a subscription.
  3. Check whether the added subscription shows in the resource view.

Expect:
The added subscription shows in the resource view.

Actual:
The added subscription does not show in the resource view.

More Info:
Refresh the resource view can fix this issue.
