Repro Steps:
- Navigate to "Azure Resource Groups: Selected Subscriptions" setting.
- Edit this setting, such as add a subscription.
- Check whether the added subscription shows in the resource view.
Expect:
The added subscription shows in the resource view.
Actual:
The added subscription does not show in the resource view.
