Description

This occurs for every app I create. There is no error info in the output for SWA or anything.

Could not resolve resource "/subscriptions/...fbd3/resourceGroups/rg-linkstack-dev-edd9/providers/Microsoft.Web/staticSites/swa-linkstack-dev-edd9"

The only thing I can think of is because it's not being deployed via GHA (my other SWA apps connected to GH don't have this issue).

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in the VS Code Azure resource view with an Azure Static Web App created without GitHub Actions, then compare it with an app connected to GitHub. Start from the resource-resolution path and the reported Microsoft.Web/staticSites error; done means every created app appears and can be opened in the resource view without the resolution failure.
