Repro Steps:

  1. Create a project using Copilot
  2. Select Deploy to Azure
  3. Complete the deployment workflow

Expect:
After deployment completes successfully, the Deployment stage is marked as Completed

Actual:
Deployment completes successfully, but the Deployment stage remains "Current".
