Description

This can be off-by-default since the vast majority of users have a reasonable number of accounts and tenants, however, for some users at the limits it could be very useful.

We should try to auto-detect when it's a problem so we can suggest the setting to them as well.

Research direction

Start by locating the Accounts & Tenants and Subscriptions views and the extension's existing settings. Clarify how a single account-and-tenant restriction should work and what auto-detection should trigger; done when the setting, suggestion behavior, and both affected views have agreed requirements.
