Focused resource disappears from focus list after uninstalling the corresponding extension

Build Version: 20250831.1

Repro Steps:

1. Sign in with Azure account
2. Create an azure function -> focus the azure function resource
3. Uninstall the Azure Function
4. Check whether the previous focused resource still appears in the Focus list

Suggestion: The previously focused resource should remain listed in the Focus list, even after the corresponding extension is uninstalled—especially when the user did not manually cancel the focus before uninstalling

When expanding the resource node, it should behave like the Resource view—showing a prompt to install the required extension

1. The issue also reproduces with other Azure extension： Azure app service, Azure Virtual machine and Azure storage extension

Start by reproducing the Windows 11 steps with an Azure Function, then repeat with the other listed Azure extensions and inspect the focus-list and Resource view behavior. Done means the focused resource remains listed after its extension is uninstalled, and expanding it shows a prompt to install the required extension.
