Regression: Previous Release

Repro Steps:

  1. Sign in with a Microsoft account.
  2. Switch to the China cloud and sign in with an Azure China account.
  3. Check whether the Azure China account signs in successfully.

Expect:
Azure China account signs in successfully.

Actual:
Failed to sign in to the Azure China account with an error.

More Info:
After signing out of all accounts and re-adding the Azure China account, it appears under the Accounts & Tenants section without any error. However, resources keep loading indefinitely, as shown below.
