Description
The portal currently doesn't support deep links to child resources of Function Apps, but we should add the command as soon as they do
For example:
- Proxy
- Function
- Application Settings
- Deployments

Research direction
First verify whether the Azure Portal now supports deep links to Function App child resources. Then inspect the extension's existing “Open in Portal” command and its handling of Function Apps; done means supporting portal links for Proxy, Function, Application Settings, and Deployments once those links are available.
