Repro Steps:
- Delete one container apps environment or container app.
- Check whether there is a live timer in Azure Activity log.
Expect:
There is a live timer in Azure Activity log, like the screenshot when deleting a resource group.
Actual:
There is no live timer in Azure Activity log.

This issue also reproduces for other commands that do not have activity children.
