Azure Activity window does not display any entries related to the retarget image or Ingress actions

Build Version: 20250730.1

Repro Steps:

1. Create a container app.
2. Right click the above container app and select "Deploy to Container App..." -> Select "Container Registry" -> Select "Azure Container Registry" -> Select an ACR -> Select a repository and tag -> Select a connection method -> Set Ingress -> Select "Skip for now" to set the environment variables.
3. Select "Registry" item in "Summary View" -> Click "Edit" -> Select a different registry and configure the following options -> Click "Confirm" button.
4. Check whether retarget image and Ingress information appear in Azure activity window.

Expect:
Retarget image and Ingress-related activities are logged and visible in the Azure Activity window.

Actual:
Azure Activity window does not display any entries related to the retarget image or Ingress actions.

More Info:
No log about Ingress action shows in Output window.

Reproduce the container app deployment and registry retargeting workflow described in the issue, then inspect the Azure Activity and Output windows after changing the registry and Ingress settings. Done means retarget image and Ingress actions produce visible activity entries and the Ingress action is logged in Output.
