Build Version: 20250704.1
Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a container app -> Expand the container app -> Expand Configurations node
  2. Go to Actions -> Click ‘Connect to a GitHub repository’ -> Complete setup -> Start continuous deployment
  3. Refresh after connecting, there are updated children under actions
  4. Click ‘Disconnect from GitHub Repo’
  5. Repeat step2
  6. Observe whether continuous deployment setup succeeds

Expect:
Set up continuous deployment successfully

Actual:
Fail to set up continuous deployment with error: At least one resource deployment operation failed
