Repro Steps:
- Add environment variables to a container app.
- Open the "Azure Container Apps" output window.
Actual:
There is no output log when adding environment variables.
Suggestion:
It would be better to add output log when adding environment variables.
More Info:
- This issue also reproduces when deleting environment variables.
- This issue does not reproduce when executing commands "Edit/Convert environment variables".
